Glass: Coupe
Ingredients:1 oz Alpine Dry Gin
0.25 oz Campari
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Simple Syrup (1:1 Sugar:Water)
Prosecco
Instructions:
Add all ingredients except prosecco to a Boston shaker, add ice and shake
Strain into a flute or thin collins glass, top w/ prosecco
Garnish w/ fresh thyme
