FRESHFIELDS SOUR

Glass: Coupe or Martini

Ingredients:
1.5oz Park Strawberry Gin
0.5oz Aperol
0.25oz Strawberry Syrup
0.25oz Simple Syrup (1:1 sugar:water)
0.75oz Lemon Juice
1oz Egg White
3 Mint Leaves
Method:
Dry shake in a boston shaker, then wet shake (add ice) and double strain into chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with a mint leaf.
