Glass: Rocks / Footed Rocks
0.75 oz Park Vanilla Vodka
0.75 oz Apricot brandy
0.75 oz Lemon juice
0.75 oz Cranberry & Ginger shrub
2 oz prosecco
Add all ingredients except prosecco to a shaker with ice and shake hard for 10-15 seconds.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice, top with prosecco, stir gently to combine.
Garnish: Lemon twist
Cranberry & Ginger Shrub:
Combine 200g pure cranberry juice, 200g white sugar, 40g apple cider vinegar, 40g freshly grated ginger, 2g orange blossom water in a saucepan.
Heat over medium and stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Gently simmer for 20-25 minutes.
Strain out ginger and allow to cool.
