Glass: Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Park Banff Whisky
0.75 oz Amaro Averna
0.75 oz Oloroso sherry
Instructions:
Put all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir 12-15 seconds
Strain into glass
Garnish: Skewered Amarena cherry
