Glass: Highball or Collins

Ingredients:
1 oz Park Classic Vodka
0.5 oz Aperol
0.5 oz simple syrup
1.5 oz grapefruit juice
Top with ginger beer

Instructions:
Add ingredients (except ginger beer) to highball glass over ice

Stir gently, add ginger beer and stir gently once more

Garnish: Orange wedge & mint
