Matcha Colada

Glass: Slush Glass / Goblet / Collins

Ingredients:
1 oz Park Glacier Rye
0.5 oz Giffard Caribbean Pineapple liqueur
0.5 oz Malibu
1 oz matcha syrup
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz coconut milk
2 dashes She Wolf Matcha Bitters brand suggestion

Instructions:

add ingredients to shaker, shake and strain over ice.  top with crushed ice


Garnish: 1 bamboo leaf

MATCHA SYRUP:
100g sugar

100 ml hot water
5g Jolene's Teahouse Matcha.
Stir/blend to ensure there are no tea lumps and sugar is dissolved
