0.5 oz Park Alpine Dry Gin
1.5 oz Lillet Blanc
0.75 oz simple syrup
0.75 oz lime juice
4-6 mint leaves
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and gently for shake 10-15 seconds.
Double strain into a chilled coupe
Garnish: Mint leaf
Dissolve equal parts white sugar and hot water by weight.
Stir until sugar is completely dissolved, allow to cool.
