Glass: Double Rocks
Ingredients:
1.5oz Park Alpine Dry Gin
0.75oz Luxardo Bitter Bianca
0.75 oz Cinzano Blanco vermouth (or any white vermouth, not dry)
1 dash celery bitters
Instructions:
Stir in mixing glass with ice for 12-15 seconds, strain onto king cube in double rocks glass.
Garnish: Grapefruit zest after expressing oils on top of the cocktail
