Distilled with glacier fresh water right in Banff National Park, Alberta, Canada. We took care of foraging the spruce tips, you just have to forage for a glass and some ice.

We are transitioning our gin line to sustainable packaging! Our new bottles are 100% recycled with biodegradable corks and made right here in North America, leading to an 86% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions.

You will still see our legacy packaging in stores, but they are still helping the planet with $1 from each bottle of gin sold (all gins, all packaging) going to the Nature Conservancy of Canada.

Dry, citrus, crisp and refreshing with a finish of Canadian spruce.

Juniper, Coriander, Lemon Peel, Orange Peel, Orris Root, Licorice, Angelica, Cinnamon and Canadian Spruce Tips. ABV 45%.

Ingredients

2 oz PARK Alpine Dry Gin
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
0.75 oz Lemon Juice

Method

Combine ingredients in a glass. Top with ice and soda water. Garnish with fresh lemon peel and a sprig of mint.
