Our Park Banff Rye Whisky blend (5yr, 6yr and 7yr 100% Alberta rye whiskies) finished for 6 months in an oak barrel used to age maple syrup.
Profile:
Nose: Honey suckle, black currant
Palate: Cinnamon waffles, maple syrup drizzle
Finish: Vanilla nougat, caramel tuile
