2 oz PARK Glacier Rye
1 oz Simple Syrup
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Egg White
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
5 Basil Leaves
Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously. You want to open up those egg whites to get a nice, velvety texture. Strain neat into a chilled Coupe glass. Garnish with a basil leaf (either floating in the middle "boat" style, or on the rim).
Great product. Was introduced to the gin many years ago and found the taste to be fantastic. Keep up the great work.
