BITTERSWEET STRAWBERRY SYMPHONY

Glass: Rocks

Ingredients:
1oz Park Strawberry Fields Gin
0.75oz Amaro Montenegro
1oz Grapefruit Juice
0.5oz Lemon Juice
1oz Simple Syrup (1:1 sugar:water)

Instructions:
Pour all ingredients into a Boston shaker, add ice and shake for 12-15 seconds. Strain over a rocks glass with a king cube. Garnish with dried rose petals.
