STRAWBERRY SLING

Glass: Collins

Ingredients:
1.5oz Park Strawberry Fields Gin
0.5oz Sparkling Sake
0.5oz Strawberry Syrup
0.25oz Honey
3oz Soda

Instructions:
Build in a glass filled with ice. Add all ingredients except soda and stir. Top with soda and bamboo leaf or strawberry garnish.
