Cucumber Lychee Sour

Glass: Coupe

 

Ingredients:
1.5 oz Park Alpine Dry Gin
0.5 oz lychee liqueur
0.5 oz simple syrup
0.5 oz lemon juice
1 oz apple juice
2 dashes Mrs. Better's Bitters cucumber bitters
1 egg white

Instructions:
Add ingredients to shaker, shake with ice, then shake again without ice. Strain into Coupe through mesh strainer
