Glass: Flute


1 oz Park Barrel Aged Gin
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz earl grey simple syrup


Shake gin, lemon juice and simple syrup. Double strain into flute. Top with Prosecco.


Garnish: Lemon zest, after expressing oils on top of drink, and rosemary sprig 


Earl Grey Tea Syrup:
0.5 cup white sugar

0.5 cup boiling water
Stir until sugar is dissolved. 

Add 1.5 teaspoons Jolene's creamy earl grey loose leaf tea. Allow to steep for 10-15 minutes. Strain out tea leaves.
