Strawberry Gin Spritz

STRAWBERRY GIN SPRITZ

Glass: Wine/Goblet

Ingredients:
0.5oz Park Strawberry Fields Gin
0.5oz Strawberry Liqueur
3oz Prosecco
1oz Strawberry Puree
0.5oz Lemon Juice
0.25oz Simple Syrup (1:1 sugar:water)
Fresh Strawberry Slices
Soda

Instructions:
Pour all liquor except prosecco into a Boston shaker with lemon juice, simple syrup and strawberry puree, add ice and shake for 12-15 seconds. Strain over into a glass with ice and a few slices of fresh strawberries. Top with 50/50 prosecco and soda. Garnish with fresh strawberry slice.
