Glass: Nick & Nora / Coupe

Ingredients:
1 oz Park Glacier Rye
0.5 oz Lillet Blanc
0.5 oz Aperol
1 oz chai syrup
1.5 oz grapefruit juice
0.5 oz lime juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake hard for 10-15 seconds.
Double strain into a chilled coupe.

Garnish: Orange twist

Chai Syrup:
Dissolve 125g white sugar in 125g hot water. Stir until dissolved. 
Steep 2 tsp Jolene's Chai Loose Leaf Tea in mixture for 10-15 minutes.
Strain out the tea leaves and allow to cool.
