2 oz PARK Barrel Aged Gin 0.5 oz 1:1 Honey Syrup 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
Combine ingredients into shaker. Shake for about 12–15 seconds, then strain neat into a chilled Coupe or Martini glass. Garnish with lemon oil or peel.
