Here, our Alpine Dry Gin has been aged in ex-chardonnay barrels from the Okanagan for a minimum of two years, developing orchard fruit and dried orange notes on the nose and a cola-forward palate.

Ingredients

2 oz PARK Barrel Aged Gin
0.5 oz 1:1 Honey Syrup
0.5 oz Lemon Juice

Method

Combine ingredients into shaker. Shake for about 12–15 seconds, then strain neat into a chilled Coupe or Martini glass. Garnish with lemon oil or peel.
