1.5oz Floral Gin
0.25oz Elderflower liqueur
2oz Brut Rosé sparkling
0.25oz simple syrup
Topped with soda
Rose bud garnish

Method

Combine ingredients in a glass. Top with ice and soda water. Garnish with rose buds.
