The newest Limited Edition whisky from Park Distillery!
The whisky is a "bourbon", although we can not call it that in Canada. Instead we refer to it as a Canadian Whisky. The mash bill is 70% corn, 16% wheat, and 14% malted barley. All of the grain was sourced locally from Alberta. Double distilled through one column on our Kothe still, coming off the still at 81% abv. It was barrelled at 60% abv in a 220L new American cask with char 3 and aged for 85 months (7.08 years). This whisky is non chill filtered with no additives.
The barrel gave us 500 bottles so grab it while supplies last!
Tasting notes:
Nose: Soft floral notes, vanilla bean, caramel corn
Palate: Honey comb, sweet corn flakes, toasted walnuts
Finish: Jasmine, butterscotch
