Ingredients

2 oz PARK Barrel Aged Gin
0.5 oz 1:1 Honey Syrup
0.5 oz Lemon Juice

Method

Combine ingredients into shaker. Shake for about 12–15 seconds, then strain neat into a chilled Coupe or Martini glass. Garnish with lemon oil or peel.

Excellent service

Visited the store in Banff and bought some barrel aged gin, despite the sales assistant being less than friendly and rude. We enjoyed the gin so much I ordered a number of bottles to be delivered. Very happy with the prompt delivery and the gin is excellent. No vermouth required!
